- Daily Call Records एवं Lead Follow-up Maintain करना।
- WhatsApp एवं SMS के माध्यम से Course Details Share करना।
- Admission Process में Students की सहायता करना।
- Daily Target के अनुसार Follow-up एवं Conversion करना।
- Required Skills
- हिंदी में अच्छी Communication Skills (English का बेसिक ज्ञान होना चाहिए)।
- Telecalling / Sales / Customer Support का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर।
- Computer एवं MS Excel की बेसिक जानकारी।
- WhatsApp Business एवं CRM का बेसिक उपयोग आना चाहिए।
- Positive Attitude, Confidence एवं Convincing Skills।
