Location : Mumbai - Andheri Ville parle.
- Assisting the Dubai Accounts Department and Management as per their instructions.
- Opening and closing jobs and maintaining all job files in the system (JBM).
- Coordinating daily with the FLOMIC Accounts and Customer Service (CS) teams regarding ongoing shipments and job-related activities.
- Following up on customer payments and outstanding collections.
- Uploading invoices and related documents to customer portals/systems.
- Maintaining proper records and supporting smooth accounting and operational processes.
- Valuable knowledge of Import and Export documentation, freight forwarding processes, and shipping procedures to effectively coordinate with operations and accounts teams.
- Understanding of import/export shipment workflows, including commercial documents, job costing, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely processing and billing.
