We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive with 2-3 years of experience who can also lead a small team of interns. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and guiding interns to ensure consistent brand presence and growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Plan and execute content strategies to increase engagement and followers
* Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and campaigns
* Lead and supervise a team of 2-3 interns and assign daily tasks
* Review and approve content created by interns
* Monitor social media trends and implement new ideas
* Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
* Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns
* Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries
* Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
*Team Handling Responsibilities:*
* Train and guide interns on content creation and posting
* Ensure timely task completion by the team
* Provide feedback and improve team performance
