We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executives (ASE) and Area Sales Officers (ASO) to expand merchant distribution, drive product adoption, and achieve sustained sales growth across assigned territories. This is a field-based role offering an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand merchant network within the assigned territory.
- Increase product penetration across existing merchants.
- Drive repeat transactions and month-on-month GTV growth.
- Execute sales campaigns, promotional schemes, and local market activations.
- Ensure successful rollout of new product launches.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers and channel partners.
- Monitor territory performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide regular market feedback and field insights.
Eligibility CriteriaArea Sales Executive (ASE)
- Minimum 5 years of total sales experience.
- At least 75% experience in Tyre Field Sales.
- Current designation should be Area Sales Executive (ASE).
Area Sales Officer (ASO)
- Minimum 2 years of total sales experience.
- At least 75% experience in Tyre Field Sales.
- Current designation should be Area Sales Officer (ASO).
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates must currently be working with leading tyre companies such as:
- MRF
- Apollo Tyres
- JK Tyre
- CEAT
- Bridgestone
- Michelin
- Goodyear
- TVS Eurogrip
- BKT
- Or other reputed tyre manufacturers.
Stability Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years in the current organization.
- Minimum 2 years in the previous organization.
Required Skills
- Strong field sales and territory management experience.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local market knowledge.
