SnapSeaarch is urgently hiring for the following vacancy for one of our clients from the Manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities :
- Forex management: Total responsibility for review and reconciliation of all foreign exchange contracts, positions- including settlement instructions to the banks and internal teams. The position will also review the status of transactions, accounting and reconciliations for all forex exposure at a group level.
- Review of Treasury – monitoring bank accounts and credit facilities (including pricing and other terms) with multiple banks, review of all new facilities across all locations, direct action on unresolved and un-accounted items and reconciliations - with a view to streamline the process and resolve items in an orderly and process bound manner.
- Managing related party receivables and exposure across all group entities, plus related tax reporting.
- Other corporate level responsibilities, as required
Required experience, skills and knowledge:
- Initiative driven individual with solid understanding of currency and trade finance
- Strong analytical skills and internal monitoring/control skills
- 2 to 4 plus years of Experience in Treasury/Finance -preferred
- Strong “hands-on” SAP experience and ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and tasks
- Microsoft Excel intermediate to advance experience a must
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies like banks (with different nationalities all around the world) to maximize performance, monitoring, controls etc.
- Proficient in SAP, computer applications, Microsoft office
- Experience in banking would be preferred
