Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide comprehensive financial solutions, products, and services that align with their objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience.




- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products and services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and business development goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with market conditions and client goals.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, financial reviews, and product information to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to enhance client offerings and service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
