About the Role
Skilled Soft-Tech is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to generate qualified B2B leads for our ERP solutions through Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running and optimizing lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for ERP software solutions.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS).
- Manage conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and remarketing.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality.
Requirements
- 2–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and campaign analytics.
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, or software marketing is a plus.
