Job Title: Operations & Client Support Executive (Financial Services)

We are a Financial Services firm dealing in Insurance, Mutual Funds, and other financial products.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage day-to-day office operations and client servicing activities. The role also provides exposure to client interaction and business development as an added opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Role – Operations & Office Management

- Handle client onboarding processes including KYC, account creation, and documentation
- Maintain and update client records and transaction data in software systems
- Execute financial transactions (online/offline) and ensure proper documentation
- Manage physical paperwork, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with Insurance companies, Mutual Fund houses, banks, and other institutions
- Visit offices for submission and collection of documents when required
- Perform general banking and administrative tasks
- Administer day-to-day office operations
- Maintain accounting records for firm’s transactions





Secondary Role – Client Interaction & Business Support

- Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and service requests
- Share product information (Mutual Funds & Insurance) with prospective or existing clients
- Support basic lead generation and relationship-building activities

Candidate Profile

- Graduate (preferably in Commerce or Management – B.Com, M.Com, BBA)
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred (Mutual Fund Distributor, Insurance, Stock Broker, CA firm, Bank, etc.)
- Freshers with willingness to learn are welcome
- Good communication, basic computer knowledge, and organizational skills required

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-Time / Part time / Fresher / Walk-In
- Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
- Schedule: Day / General Shift
