Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom training on Clinical Research concepts.
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and mock interview sessions.
- Mentor students and help them develop industry-ready knowledge and skills.
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical research regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance student outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Research concepts, clinical trial processes, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts through interactive training.
- Passion for teaching and helping students build successful careers.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
