Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for data backup solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to backup processes and software.
- Monitor backup jobs and ensure successful completion.
- Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate complex issues as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Familiarity with data backup solutions, particularly Commvault.
- Basic understanding of backup and recovery processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
