- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based applications and services.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
