Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with clients and site teams.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and prepare reports.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of operations experience in facility services.
- Experience managing unskilled manpower.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in facility management or manpower services is preferred.
