We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Industrial Spare Parts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial sales and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical spare parts. This role involves developing recent business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Promote and sell industrial spare parts and MRO products.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payments.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in industrial spare parts, MRO, or engineering product sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industrial products such as bearings, motors, pumps, valves, belts, gears, seals, filters, and related spare parts is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
