Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in precision-engineered compressor valves and spare parts for over 60 years, is looking for a Documentation Executive to support our Sales and Operations team. Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
- Conduct rate searches and obtain vendor quotations for raw materials, machining, logistics, and outsourced services.
- Prepare costing sheets, compare vendor prices, and maintain pricing databases.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Design, Stores, and Dispatch teams for quotation preparation and order execution.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely coordination across departments.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, invoices, dispatch documents, and related commercial documentation.
- Follow up on quotations, customer queries,



and order confirmations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, pricing records, and ensure compliance with company standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Documentation, Rate Search, Quotation Preparation, Order Management, Customer Support, or Commercial Operations.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Com, BBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Skills

- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Experience in rate searching, vendor price comparison, and quotation preparation.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
