Job SummaryThe QC Microbiologist ensures the microbiological safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of all wet wipe products. You will monitor manufacturing environments, test raw materials, and validate finished goods to prevent contamination. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Material Testing

- Test raw materials: Analyze incoming water, chemicals, and non-woven fabrics.
- Assess finished goods: Conduct bioburden, yeast, and mold testing on final wipe products.
- Perform challenge testing: Execute Antimicrobial Preservative Effectiveness Testing (PET).
- Identify isolates: Determine species of any microbial contaminants found.

Environmental Monitoring

- Monitor cleanrooms: Sample air, surfaces, and equipment in production areas.
- Audit water systems: Test purified water loops daily for microbial counts.
- Manage alerts:



Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) environmental results immediately.

Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain logs: Document all test results precisely in standard logs or LIMS.
- Follow regulations: Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP), and EPA guidelines.
- Write SOPs: Create and update standard operating procedures for the microbiology lab.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related science field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
