Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data in spreadsheets, and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of information before entering data.
- Maintain customer, supplier, inventory, and employee records.
- Prepare reports and documents as required.
- Scan, organize, and maintain physical and digital files.
- Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.




- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in data entry or office administration is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.94 - ₹20,988.63 per month
