- Lead OT/ICS cybersecurity assessments, design, and implementation projects
- Engage with clients and support pre-sales, bidding, and solution estimation
- Design security architectures aligned with IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NERC CIP, and KSA ECC/OTCC
- Manage end-to-end project delivery with P&L; responsibility
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, government bodies, and internal stakeholders
- Mentor teams and support cybersecurity transformation programs
Requirements:
- 518 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity (power sector preferred)
- Solid knowledge of SCADA, DCS, EMS, PLCs, and industrial protocols
- Experience with OT security standards and regulatory compliance
- Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, IEC 62443, CCNA/CCNP are a plus
