Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare roof and wall sheeting layouts for PEB projects.
- Develop detailed drawings for flashings, gutters, ridge caps, trims, and downpipes.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings and installation details.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and material quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with design engineers, PEB detailers, and project teams for drawing accuracy.
- Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure proper sheeting arrangements.
- Revise drawings as per project requirements and client comments.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of PEB sheeting and cladding systems.
- Understanding of roofing accessories, flashings, gutters, and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Tekla Structures will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
