· Developing recent and existing tests, mostly automated and computer assisted.

· To be accountable for the strategic planning, organizing and delivery of the Clinical Biochemistry services.

· Advice the hospital on service department and strategic planning issues.

· To provide support as required for Laboratory Staff providing the Emergency on-Call Service.

· To participate in the appropriate certified programs, while maintain and retaining up-to-date records of these activities.

· To ensure regular liaison with all users of the Biochemistry service in order to develop appropriate strategies, policies, and procedures for the promotion and maintenance of an efficient, responsive and cost-effective service.

· To provide professional advice and guidance to all staff within the department.

· To ensure turnaround time for biochemistry tests.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
