The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by
planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch
advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company’s social media presence

Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with client, sales and operations for requirements and deliveries.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases,
- Social Media- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects.
- Meeting and understanding clients.
- Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with different teams internally to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Planning how to put the strategies in action depending on the brand strategy, requirements and capability of the team.
- Creative Brief– On receiving client requirements, preparing a descriptive client brief and a task list




- Supervising the execution of campaign plans.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Proactively plan for content with the team based on the festive and marketing calendar.
- Brainstorm with Strategy, Design & Content teams for strategies for brand development on social media
- Chalking out a plan with the Brand Strategist on the short term and long term growth of your clients

Ideal skills and experience required

- MBA degree in marketing or relevant qualification
- Certification from Udemy or Udacity
- 1-2 year of experience in Digital Marketing agency is preferable
- Great presentation skills to persuasively put forward the agency’s point of view.
- Natural at kindling active conversations
- Robust Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
- Excited about the opportunity to work and grow with an early stage startup
- Be confident creatively. Able to judge creative and comment effectively and a flair for digital communications as well.
