Are you passionate about Digital Marketing Analytics, Social Media Monitoring, Brand Governance, and MIS Reporting? We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Corporate Marketing Team as a Social Media Executive – Digital Governance & MIS.

What You'll Do

- Monitor digital marketing performance across multiple real estate projects
- Track campaign effectiveness across Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital platforms
- Review lead generation performance from portals such as 99acres, Housing.com and MagicBricks
- Analyze key marketing metrics including CPL, CAC, Lead-to-Visit Ratio and Visit-to-Booking Ratio
- Monitor website updates, social media content and digital assets for brand consistency
- Track customer reviews, online reputation and engagement across digital platforms
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations
- Conduct CSAT analysis and customer complaint analytics
- Manage and maintain approved communication templates for WhatsApp, SMS and Email campaigns
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, CRM, IT teams and external agencies to ensure digital governance standards

Skills We Are Looking For

✔ Strong analytical and reporting abilities

✔ Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Platforms





✔ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and CRM tools

✔ Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

✔ Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Attention to detail and process-driven approach

Qualification

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, IT or related fields
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage

Experience

- 2–5 years in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Digital MIS, Social Media Monitoring or related functions
- Experience in Real Estate, Retail, BFSI or Consumer Services preferred
