- Working in Veeva Vault RIM experience would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Incidents handling using ServiceNow
- Experience using HP ALM tool (TIMS) for validation activities would be an added advantage
- Bachelor or similar graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science with additional relevant IT and business experience.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.
- Excellent communication skills written and orally in English
