Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, network, server and security-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems across various systems, including servers, workstations, printers, and other network devices.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and software installations to ensure security and functionality.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Provide end-user training and support on IT systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Assist with IT project management, including system upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs,



and firewalls.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Server.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems,
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with end-users and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools is a bonus.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
