Hiring – HR Manager

Sri Lakshmi Group is looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee management, HR operations, and manpower planning across various business divisions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Coordinate manpower planning and workforce management
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with department heads for staffing requirements
- Handle grievance management and employee communication
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review

Requirements:

- Experience in HR operations and recruitment preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge in MS Excel and HR documentation
- Ability to handle multiple departments and manpower coordination




- Experience in automobile / transport / operational industry preferred
