We are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems. You will work on PLCs, motion control, HMIs, and system commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Design automation systems using PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, and sensors
- Program PLCs (Mitsubishi/Delta/Fuji/Codesys)
- Develop HMI screens for machine control and monitoring
- Integrate systems using Modbus, EtherCAT, and other protocols
- Select hardware and manage I/O configuration
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Maintain basic documentation and reports

Required Skills

- Hands on experience in PLC programming, sensors and project handling
- Experience with VFDs and servo systems
- Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols:Modbus RTU/TCP (RS485)
- Basic knowledge of sensors and control systems




- Problem-solving skills
- Perform system validation, tuning of servo systems, and optimization of motion performance
- Troubleshoot complex control and integration issues across hardware and software layers

Preferred

- Knowledge of electrical wiring and panel design
- Familiarity with industrial sensors and communication systems

Expectation

- Deliver reliable automation solutions
- Design scalable and modular automation solutions based on project requirements
- Conduct on-site system setup, testing, and commissioning of systems

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
