Job Description – Senior Data Analyst Experience: 3–4 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated SQL Developer / Data Analytics Engineer with strong SQL expertise and at least one complementary skill in Power BI or Python. The role involves building scalable data solutions, optimizing databases, automating data workflows, and developing analytical dashboards for the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

SQL s Database Development

· Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and Triggers.

· Perform query tuning, indexing, and performance optimization.

· Design and maintain relational database structures.

· Ensure data integrity, quality, and security.

Data Engineering

· Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines.

· Integrate, clean, validate, and standardize data from multiple sources.

· Automate data import and transformation processes.

Business Intelligence

· Develop datasets and data models for Power BI.

· Build and support dashboards and KPI reports.

· Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into analytical solutions.

Automation (Python – Preferred)

· Automate data processing using Python (Pandas, OpenPyXL, SQLAlchemy).

· Develop scripts for data validation, transformation, and reporting.

Required Skills Mandatory

· 3–4 years of hands-on SQL development.

· Strong knowledge of:

o Complex Joins

o CTEs

o Window Functions

o Stored Procedures





o Views C Functions

o Query Optimization

o Indexing C Execution Plans

· Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.

· Experience handling large datasets.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must Have One of the Following

· Power BI: Data Modelling, DAX, Power Query, Dashboard Development.

· Python: Pandas, NumPy, Data Automation, ETL Scripts.

Good to Have

· SSIS / Azure Data Factory

· Git

· Data Warehousing

· Star Schema

· Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Analytics

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and in a collaborative workplace.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Passion for solving business problems through data.

Compensation

· Experience: 3–4 Years

· CTC: ₹6-8 LPA
