What you will do:

● Inventory Planning & Stock Control: Manage daily inventory levels, conduct stock reconciliations, and ensure accurate tracking of inbound and outbound materials to prevent shortages or excess stock.

● Inbound Operations & GRN Management: Supervise unloading, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders, generate GRNs, and coordinate discrepancies with procurement teams.

● Dispatch & Outbound Execution: Plan daily dispatches in coordination with logistics, ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and timely handover of materials.





● Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee complete warehouse floor operations including storage optimization, material handling, manpower allocation, and adherence to SOPs.

● Documentation & Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate stock registers, dispatch logs, invoices, delivery challans, and warehouse documentation to support audits and operational transparency.

● Exception Handling & Escalation Ownership: Identify stock mismatches, damages, shortages, or dispatch delays, maintain exception logs, analyze root causes, and escalate with structured resolution plans.

You’re a good fit for this only if…You are fluent in Telugu (mandatory) and can communicate confidently in Hindi or English.

You have prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

You are comfortable managing on-ground staff and coordinating across teams.

You thrive in rapid-paced, high-volume environments without losing attention to detail.

You take ownership of warehouse accuracy and dispatch performance end-to-end.

You are comfortable with hands-on floor management, not just system tracking.

Basic Excel / inventory system knowledge is a plus, but strong operational thinking matters more.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
