Business Analyst

Job Details

- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5–8 years of experience and solid eCommerce expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PIM tools, particularly inRiver, and a solid understanding of scalable eCommerce solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into actionable technical documentation, and support the successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for eCommerce platforms and integrations.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and process flows for development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and enhance scalable eCommerce solutions using PIM tools such as inRiver.
- Analyze product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and order workflows to support solution design.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support project planning, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Stay up to date with eCommerce best practices, PIM trends,



and industry innovations.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on eCommerce solutions.
- Hands-on experience with PIM tools and familiarity with platforms such as inRiver.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce processes, including product information management, catalog structuring, pricing, promotions, and order workflows.
- Proven experience creating functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 5-8 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership and IT Project Management.
- Experience writing and grooming user stories, creating process flows, and managing backlogs.
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
- Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, etc.
