Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee chemical production operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily targets efficiently.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of shift activities and incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure process integrity.
- Train and mentor shift personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.




- Strong understanding of chemical production processes and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
