Looking for candidates with 10 +years of work experience in Medical Coding Training, preferably experienced Auditors /QA’s with training capabilities.
Basic Requirements:
- Must be certified (CPC/CCS/COC/CIC, etc.) from AAPC or AHIMA
- Effective Presentation Skills
- Solid knowledge on Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology
- Well-versed with all the ICD-10-CM Guidelines
- Complete knowledge on CPT, Modifiers, HCPCS Level II codes.
- Capable of handling 30-75 trainees at the same time.
- Must be adaptable to changes.
- Conducting assessments to provide feedback to the trainees.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of training programmes, ensuring that the transfer of knowledge meets the organization's objectives.
- Proficiency at researching and solving problems related to coding
- Hands-on experience in designing training modules, education materials, test papers for freshers as well as for experienced coders and evaluating the outcomes of training sessions.
- Must be tech-savvy in implementing LMS and other automated software.
- Willing to travel and stay at different locations of Eclat offices as per business requirements.
Specializations must be good at below specialties:
- Emergency Department (Professional & Facility)
- Evaluation Management (IP and OP)
- Surgery (Familiar with 10000 series to 90000 series is must).
