Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist the Sales in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up with customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and Google sheet.
- Support daily operations, order processing, and service scheduling.
- Coordinate with technical and field teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports.
- Assist in inventory tracking and material coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Handle documentation related to sales, operations, and customer communications.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support cross-functional teams.

Preferred Stream

- BBA, B.Com, MBA, M.Com, BBM, BCA, or related fields.




- Candidates with an interest in Sales, Business Development, Operations, or Customer Relationship Management are preferred.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred.
