3 to 10 + years in liasioning, preferably with experience in real estate or infrastructure projects.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Maintain, organize, and update all property documents, including land titles, deeds, sale agreements, and lease contracts.
- Liaise with municipal corporations, development authorities and town planning departments for building plan sanctions and approvals.
- Obtain necessary clearances for current construction or renovation projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
