- Skills in English Language Training and a corporate experience will be an added advantage
- Any graduate/ post graduate

Job description:

- Soft skills and employability training to students of UG & PG of all departments
- Creating and customizing content as per the requirement
- Creating and coordinating for semester wise training calendars
- Maintaining records and documentation of all the training related activities
- Conducting extra sessions for resume writing and interviews for specific placement opportunities as and when required




- Providing one to one training & counselling to students for placement opportunities as and when required
- Initiating/ Co-ordinating/ supporting events related to training department
- Providing support in placement activities/ admission related presentations/ events as a trainer and presenter
- Conducting FDP for skills like Business communication, presentation skills, spoken English in the non-teaching periods
- As a training personal, providing active support/ suggestions/ ideas for enhancing students employability skills and placements
