Job Title: Google & Meta Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for salons, clinics, real estate, education, and local businesses.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Set up conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements

- 6 months to 3+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Agency experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with landing page optimization.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and automation tools.
- Basic understanding of copywriting for ads.
- Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining profitable CPL.
