Job Title: Quality Analyst (QA) – Loan Department
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst (QA) with 3+ years of experience in the Financial Technology (FinTech) domain, specifically in Loan Management Systems.



The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of lending applications, including loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, and repayment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements related to loan products and lending workflows.
Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of loan modules.
Validate loan lifecycle processes including:
Loan Origination
Credit Assessment & Underwriting
EMI Calculation
Disbursement
Repayment & Foreclosure
NPA handling
Verify interest calculations, amortization schedules, penalties, and charges.
Perform API testing and database validation (SQL queries).
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to ensure requirement clarity.
Support UAT and production deployment validation.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal risk policies.

Required Skills:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA within FinTech or Banking domain.
Strong understanding of Loan Management Systems (LMS).
Experience testing secured/unsecured loans such as:
Personal Loans
Business Loans
Home Loans
Working Capital Loans
Good knowledge of EMI calculations, interest types (flat/reducing), and loan accounting.
Hands-on experience in Manual Testing; automation exposure is an added advantage.
Experience in API testing tools like Postman (preferred).
Strong knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
Experience working with Core Banking or NBFC lending systems.
Understanding of RBI compliance norms and lending regulations.
Exposure to digital onboarding/KYC processes.

Educational Qualification:

- BE / BTech / BSc IT / MCA or equivalent
