The Role

We’re not looking for “junior devs” who wait for tasks. We want AI-native engineers who can ship meaningfully, move quick, and solve real problems across the stack. This role is about building production-grade systems—backend services, cloud architecture, frontend dashboards, automation pipelines—using AI copilots and modern dev stacks to unlock 10× velocity. You won’t be training ML models. You will be coding with AI, debugging with AI, architecting with AI, and shipping software that powers live autonomous missions globally.

What You'll Own

• Backend & API Development (1–3 YOE) Build, scale, and maintain microservices and APIs powering real-time drone ops. • AI-Native Development Use Cursor/Windsurf/Copilot to write cleaner code, debug faster, and accelerate delivery. • Systems Thinking Work across backend, cloud, integrations, and distributed systems—no rigid silos. • High-Velocity Execution Prototype fast, iterate with feedback, and ship production-ready features. • Cloud & Infra Own services deployed on AWS/GCP/Kubernetes that support global autonomous deployments. • Cross-Team Engineering Collaborate with robotics, AI, and product teams to build features end-to-end.
