Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads.
- Manage end-to-end campaign performance - from ad strategy, targeting, and creative testing to funnel optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report daily performance metrics using Excel, Google Analytics, or BI dashboards.
- Develop and optimize sales funnels and landing pages to increase conversion rates and lead quality.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copies, and audiences to improve performance.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to craft high-performing image, video, and ad copy.
- Bring in leads through multiple sources - paid ads, organic channels, DMs, and inbound funnels.
- Continuously identify growth opportunities, trends, and tools to scale campaign results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure aligned strategies and smooth execution.
- Manage and maintain SEO-friendly website content and optimize for user experience.

Requirements





- 2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of funnel setup, landing page optimization, and lead flow automation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
- Strong grasp of ROI-driven strategies and campaign scalability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends, ad formats, and platform best practices.
