We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Franchise Development Manager to lead and scale our business operations in Jaipur. This role requires end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence at the city level.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & P&L; Management

- Own and manage city-level revenue and profitability (P&L;)
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Optimize cost structures to ensure sustainable margins and growth

2. Sales Growth & Market Expansion

- Develop and execute city-level sales strategies to maximize market penetration
- Identify new business opportunities and expand revenue streams




- Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity

3. Partner & Supply Network Development

- Build and strengthen a reliable partner/vendor ecosystem
- Drive partner acquisition, onboarding, performance tracking, and retention
- Ensure consistent service availability and coverage across the city

4. Operations & Service Excellence

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and process adherence
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Proactively manage escalations and ensure seamless cross-functional coordination

5. Team Leadership & Talent Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage city-level teams
- Drive hiring, training, and performance management initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance

Key Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and managing teams
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in managing multi-functional responsibilities is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
