About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to strengthen our FMCG sales team. If you have experience in field sales, enjoy meeting customers, and are passionate about achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Promote the company's FMCG products and generate sales orders.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
- Expand market coverage by identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
- Meet monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and customer requirements.

Eligibility





- Minimum 1 year of FMCG Field Sales experience.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
