- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through LinkedIn, internet research, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings.
- Sales Support: Assisting senior staff by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Market Research: Analyzing industry trends, competitor strategies, and identifying recent market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Working with marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- CRM Maintenance: Updating CRM software with accurate, up-to-date client information.
