Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Performance Marketing + AI)

Role Overview

You’ll create video and static ad creatives for affiliate and e-commerce campaigns. This is a performance-focused role, where work is driven by results, testing, and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit video ads (short-form, UGC-style, 30 sec–2 min)
- Design static creatives
- Use AI tools for scripting, voiceovers, visuals, and ideation
- Improve creatives based on performance data (hooks, retention, conversions)

What We’re Looking For

- Basic knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro/Da Vinci/CapCut and Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma/Canva




- Strong willingness to learn about performance/affiliate marketing
- Interest in AI tools (prior experience is a plus)
- Ability to think in terms of hooks and conversions
- Fast, adaptable, and open to feedback

Bonus

- Experience with ad creatives or UGC content
- Understanding of scroll-stopping content
- Familiarity with AI tools for editing
