Position: Account Executive - Immediate Joiner

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs

Location: Darya Ganj, Delhi

Salary: 22k to 25k

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities
- Handle payment reconciliation and ensure timely tracking of receipts and settlements
- Maintain and reconcile sales and purchase records
- Monitor and manage e-commerce inventory records
- Perform inventory reconciliation on a regular basis
- Verify invoices, purchase entries, and sales transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and stock-related records
- Prepare reports related to reconciliations, payments, and inventory status
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company finance processes

Qualifications & Skills Required:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance or related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a accountant
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally Prime, Xero , etc
- knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlook-up and pivot tables
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
