Brief Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Operations to lead client management, compliance, project execution, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 6-7 years of experience in a relevant industry, strong regulatory knowledge, and exceptional leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Management: Act as the primary contact for key clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Service Quality: Implement quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian regulations, organizational policies, and legal requirements.
- Audit & Quality Control: Conduct compliance audits, review test reports, and verify technical documentation.
- Communication & Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily activities, optimize resource allocation, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Technical Support: Assist the operations team with technical challenges and provide viable solutions.
- Management Advisory: Advise leadership on technical aspects, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Project Monitoring: Track project progress,
