AI/ML Lead (6 – 9 Years)

Lead AI/ML initiatives across Techsophy's product portfolio. You'll architect end-to-end machine learning solutions, mentor a team of engineers, and drive the adoption of state-of-the-art LLM and MLOps practices.

Requirements

- 6–9 years of experience in AI/ML with at least 2 years in a lead/architect role
- Deep expertise in Data Science — statistical modelling, feature engineering, experimentation
- Strong hands-on skills with PyTorch and TensorFlow
- End-to-end MLOps experience (model registry, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
- Practical experience fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficient in Python; exposure to Scala or Java a plus
- Ability to define technical roadmaps and mentor junior engineers
