Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sourcing: Generate leads through digital, references, CPs, site visits, and databases

2. Sales & Closing: Handle site visits, property presentations, negotiations and close deals for Apartments/Villas

3. Client Relationship: Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure post-sales coordination

4. Market Research: Track competitor pricing, inventory, and market trends in Mumbai

5. CRM Management: Update daily activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM accurately

6. Digital Communication: Engage clients via WhatsApp Business, Email, Calls and share property details, brochures, videos

7. AI & Tech Usage: Use ChatGPT / AI tools for drafting proposals, client messages, property content, and improving productivity

8. Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any field. MBA preferred

- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Real Estate Sales in Mumbai





- Age: 25 to 35 Years

- Personality: Good personality, presentable, confident, and target-driven

- Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English + Hindi

- Technical Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of Computers - MS Office, Excel, PPT

- Proficient in CRM Software

- Hands-on with WhatsApp Business for client engagement

- Working knowledge of ChatGPT / AI tools for sales content & automation

Must Have:

- Real Estate Sales experience with Sourcing & Closing skills

- Good Personality + Excellent Communication Skills

- Robust in Computers, CRM, WhatsApp Business

- Knowledge of ChatGPT / AI tools for sales

- Target oriented & Presentable

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
