Job Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development & Operations Manager who has prior experience in Manpower, Facility Management, Security Services, Housekeeping, or Contract Staffing companies.
The candidate will work independently in Pune and will be responsible for growing our business from the ground level.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and acquire manpower contracts.
- Meet HR Heads, Admin Managers, Plant Heads, Purchase Teams, Builders, Hospitals, Industries, Hotels, Corporate Offices, and Educational Institutes.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tenders.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Recruit manpower as per client requirements.
- Handle onboarding, deployment, attendance, and client coordination.
- Build strong relationships with existing and current clients.
- Achieve monthly business targets and revenue goals.
- Represent Tiger Manpower Services in Pune.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Manpower/Facility Management/Security/Contract Staffing.
- Existing network of clients in Pune is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Experience in handling recruitment and operations.
- Ability to work independently with complete ownership.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel across Pune.
