ABOUT THE ROLE

You are the last check before a product reaches our customer. Every device that leaves DACBY goes through you. Your grade is what we sell, so accuracy and honesty are non-negotiable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Test all incoming and post-repair devices functional, cosmetic, and performance checks
- Grade each unit accurately based on DACBY's condition standards (Very Light Marks, Light Marks, etc.)
- Identify defects, missing accessories, or issues missed during repair
- Reject or flag units that don't meet listing standards
- Maintain QC logs for every device tested findings, grade assigned, pass/fail
- Coordinate with the repair team on rework; retest after fixes

REQUIREMENTS

- Sharp eye for cosmetic grading scratches, dents, screen quality
- Honest grader won't inflate condition to push units through
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and documenting findings clearly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
