- Will interact with Hiring Manager.
- Good in MIS and data maintenance.
- Understanding the IT requirement.
- Have good exposure in hiring for IT/Non-IT requirements.
- Sharing profiles with clients within the TAT.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Positive in volume hiring.
