Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to handle material procurement and vendor coordination for our interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure materials required for interior projects as per specifications.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and finalization.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to site as per project schedules.
Follow up regularly with vendors to track order status and avoid delays.
Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and material logs.
Coordinate with design and site teams to understand material requirements.
Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with project standards.




Handle issue resolution related to delays, damages, or shortages.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in procurement/vendor coordination (preferably in interiors/construction).
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of interior materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, finishes, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in interior design or construction industry.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Salary: As per industry standards
