About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and generative AI solutions. You will work on cutting-edge AI applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
- Build and implement Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop AI-powered solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize open-source and commercial LLMs.
- Build REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask for AI model integration.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Deploy AI applications using Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI solutions.
- Follow best coding practices, version control using Git, and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills





- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Solid programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- API development experience using FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of Docker, Git, and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and vector databases is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
- Knowledge of AI agents, multi-agent frameworks, and AI orchestration.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes is an added advantage.
- Understanding of data engineering and ETL workflows.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
